Eurazeo has appointed Fabrice de Gaudemar as a member of the executive board.
De Gaudemar, 35, joined Eurazeo in 2000.
While at Eurazeo, he participated in venture and growth capital transactions before taking part in the structuring or the oversight of the investments in Eutelsat, Cegid, Rexel, Europcar, Apcoa and Elis.
He has been a member of Eurazeo’s executive committee since 2007, and is a member of Europcar Groupe’s board of directors as Eurazeo’s representative.
Before joining Eurazeo, de Gaudemar was a project manager for the French Ministry of Defense, where he was responsible for the architecture and the roll out of new telecommunications networks.
