Alexandre Masson has joined Activa Capital as an operating director.
Masson previously worked for six years as a director at Alvarez & Marsal where he conducted operational and financial improvement assignments on behalf of private equity firms or family-owned companies.
He specialised in the retail, manufacturing industry and healthcare sectors.
Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Masson worked for four years as a director at KPMG (audit).
Charles Diehl, partner of Activa Capital, says: "Alexandre will actively contribute to the strategic and operational development of our portfolio companies while accelerating their financial performance. He will work hand in hand with Jean-François Briand who joined the Operations team of Activa Capital in September 2011."
