Middle market buyout and growth equity firm Ridgemont Equity Partners has promoted Kelly Brennan to vice president.

The promotion is effective immediately.

Brennan (pictured) will remain focused on the team’s business development and origination initiatives.

Prior to joining Ridgemont in 2010, she spent over two years at Sterling Capital Management, a Charlotte-based asset management firm.
