Activa Capital sells Logitrade to a group of regional investors

Activa Capital has sold its portfolio company Logitrade to a group of regional financial investors – Soridec, Sofilaro, Sofipac, Multicroissance and Sopromec – in partnership with Logitrade's management team.

Activa Capital became the majority shareholder of Logitrade in 2006.

Logitrade is an outsourcing company focused on non-strategic industrial purchasing in France.
Under Activa Capital's ownership, Logitrade experienced a growth in its turnover from EUR85m in 2006 to EUR140m in 2012. In the recent years, the company has also strengthened its international presence, accompanying its large industrial customers outside France.
