Revelry Brands adds CFO and COO to exec team

Revelry Brands, an investment firm focused on providing growth-stage private equity in the natural foods and consumer products categories, has named Gil Fronzaglia as chief operating officer and Seth Beers as chief financial officer.

"The addition of both Mr Beers and Mr Fronzaglia adds significant depth to our executive team," says Brendan Synnott, co-founder of Revelry Brands. "Their unique understanding of the natural products consumer coupled with proven track records of accelerating growth at early-stage companies makes both gentlemen a very welcome addition to Revelry."

Fronzaglia joins Revelry with a significant background in helping private equity backed, high-growth companies successfully exit to strategics. He was most recently fulfilled this role at Food Should Taste Good, a growth-stage natural tortilla chip company where he served as the chief operating officer since 2007. Prior to that, he served in various executive-level operations roles for natural products companies including Izze Beverage Company, SoBe Beverage Company, and the holistic pet food company, Blue Buffalo. Before that time, Franzaglia spent over nine years with the Pepsi Cola Company.

Prior to joining Revelry, Beers was CFO and COO at PACT Apparel, where he helped raise over USD4.5m of growth equity and led the business following Revelry’s acquisition of PACT in 2011. Previously, he was an investment banker in the consumer products sector at Banc of America Securities and Green, Manning and Bunch. Beers is an active angel investor for early-stage consumer businesses.

Revelry’s investments include PACT, Only Natural Pet Store, EVOL Foods and Siggi’s Dairy.
