GenNx360 Capital Partners appoints Glen Bushery as CFO
New York-based private equity firm GenNx360 Capital Partners has appointed industry veteran Glen Bushery as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Bushery’s public and private accounting experience spans almost 30 years. For the past decade, Bushery served as chief financial officer and chief compliance officer at Falconhead Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm based in New York City, where he was responsible for administration, finance, compliance and HR.
Prior to Falconhead, Bushery served as controller for Vestar Capital Partners, another New York City-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for the oversight of the financial reporting process and administrative functions of approximately 20 active entities, including Vestar's three private equity fund partnership entities totalling USD4 billion under management. He was also assistant controller at the Blackstone Group.
Prior to his private accounting experience, Bushery held public accounting positions at both Raich Ende Malter Lerner and Horne Nadler, both in New York.
"We are extremely pleased to welcome Glen to the GenNx360 executive team," says Lloyd Trotter, a founder and managing partner at GenNx360. "He brings a wealth of financial and organisational experience and a strong background in private equity finance, which will provide significant benefits as we look to take our firm to the next level."
"I am excited for the opportunity to work with GenNx360 and its talented team of global operators and investment professionals," Bushery says. "I'm here to help build the infrastructure needed to facilitate continued growth and value creation."
