Robert W Holthausen joins Charles River Associates board of directors
Charles River Associates (CPA) has appointed Robert W Holthausen to the firm’s board of directors.
Professor Holthausen will serve on the company’s audit committee.
Holthausen is the Ernst and Young and the Nomura Securities Company Professor of Accounting and Finance and is the chairman of the Department of Accounting at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to Wharton, he was a Professor of Accounting and Finance at the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago.
Before his academic career, he was a CPA working at Price Waterhouse and he was also in the finance group at Mobil.
