Ten Capital Management appoints heads of acquisitions and dispositions team

Private equity real estate firm Ten Capital Management has appointed Ed Oprindick and Paul DiSandro to lead the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions team.

Prior to joining TCM, Oprindick and DiSandro held senior positions at Hunt Investment Management. While at Hunt and its predecessor companies dating back to GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Oprindick and DiSandro collectively managed USD4 billion in direct real estate investments for large institutional clients.

In addition to portfolio management, Oprindick and DiSandro have been involved in the acquisition of over USD3.3 billion of commercial and multifamily properties throughout the US, inclusive of 17,000 multifamily units and 6.8 million square feet of commercial space.

“Joining a young, institutionally-minded boutique firm with the ability to be nimble has clear advantages. Paul and I are thrilled to be on board and excited about the opportunity,” Oprindick says.  â€¨  â€¨

“Bringing accomplished, senior professionals on board like Ed and Paul is the next logical step in the evolution of our business,” says Ben Adams, Ten Capital’s CEO and founder. “We have proven out our strategy and expanded our investor base significantly, and as a result of our success, we are adding to our team of experienced professionals to spearhead execution.”
