Investment banking boutique Zeus Capital has appointed Adam Pollock and Michael Allen.
Pollock joins as head of corporate broking from Panmure Gordon, where he held the same role for the last seven years. He has 30 years of corporate finance and broking experience in the UK equity markets and has been involved in over 300 equity fund raisings during his career.
Allen joins Zeus as a research director. He previously worked as an executive director at Panmure Gordon and was one of the founding members of the firm’s Liverpool office. During his seven years at Panmure, he was heavily involved in the IPO pipeline and was responsible for a number of high profile listed corporate clients.
