Miranda Lansdowne appointed managing director for JTC Luxembourg office

Miranda Lansdowne has been appointed managing director of the JTC Luxembourg office.

Lansdowne recently relocated from Jersey to Luxembourg to head up the JTC office in Europe’s largest fund domicile.

Lansdowne has worked at JTC Group since 2007 as a group director of fund services overseeing the management of the fund administration teams in Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg and the UK.

Further to her JTC responsibilities, she supervises the provision of services to several key private equity fund clients and holds a number of directorships in the funds sector.

Lansdowne will continue with her group responsibilities in addition to leading the Luxembourg office and driving the operations forward.

Nigel Le Quesne, group chief executive and chairman, says: “Miranda has a significant understanding and knowledge of the JTC Group and our service offering. That, along with her vast experience and excellent leadership skills, will be beneficial attributes and essential to managing the team and growing our Luxembourg office.”

Lansdowne says: “I’m very much looking forward to taking up this new challenge of heading up our Luxembourg office in the heart of Europe.  We have a talented team of experienced multilingual fund administrators and accountants and I am excited about working with them to effectively service the European private equity, real estate and alternative investment community.”
