Avedon invests in CCS’ international growth

Investment company Avedon Capital Partners (‘Avedon’) has acquired an interest in software company CCS, a Dutch specialist in insurance software, with applications for both front and back office processes.

Avedon will make expertise and growth capital available to expedite the company’s present international expansion.

In part due to its new shareholder, CCS anticipates being able to increase its international market position considerably in the coming years. Pieter-Paul van Beek, Director of CCS, is happy about the collaboration. He says, “By collaborating with Avedon we can flesh out our international expansion plans. Moreover, with their expertise, Avedon proactively supports us in reaching our targets.”

“CCS is a successful player in an interesting market”, says Alfred Tulp, managing partner at Avedon. “The Dutch insurance market leads the way in development, and CCS offers unique solutions that are highly appealing at an international level. In the past, Avedon has successfully invested in comparable international software companies, such as BWISE and Financial Architects, and this time too, we look forward to a fruitful partnership that will help the company achieve its ambitious expansion objectives.”
