North Bridge Growth Equity promotes Roshen Menon to Partner

Growth equity and venture capital firm North Bridge has promoted Roshen Menon to General Partner. Menon joined North Bridge in 2007 as a Principal.

“Roshen’s promotion formally recognizes his substantial contributions to our team, to our portfolio companies and to North Bridge Growth Equity for the integral role he’s played developing our healthcare focus,” says Doug Kingsley, Managing Director of North Bridge Growth Equity. “We’re excited to have Roshen join the partnership as we continue to grow our community of entrepreneurs, and continue to invest in exciting growth companies that are using technology to re-invent the industries in which they compete.”

Since joining North Bridge, Menon has played a key role in the sourcing of the firm’s healthcare technology investments as well as delivering significant value to its portfolio companies including Clarity Software Solutions, Dyn, Ingenious Med, Seniorlink, Valence Health and SmartPak, a successful 2014 exit for North Bridge Growth Equity.

Prior to joining North Bridge, Menon was with Summit Partners, a USD15 billion private equity firm where he was involved in growth equity investments and management-led buyouts. Previously, he was a corporate strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting advising domestic and international healthcare and technology corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, growth strategy, operations and new product development. He started his career as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at FleetBoston Financial.
