Most recently a partner at Oriel Securities, he was Head of UK Corporate Finance at Kaupthing and previously worked at Dresdner Kleinwort and Hoare Govett.

Hugo Chance joins Zeus Capital as Director and Head of Family Offices. In this role, Hugo is responsible for the firms top high net worth private clients and will assist the sales team in raising capital for early and later-stage private companies. His most recent position saw Hugo head up the angel investor forum ‘Angels and Equity’ under the Truestone Group.

Claire Frangou is now Business Development Director at Zeus following a 16-year stay in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance team as firstly Director of Corporate Finance, and then Director of Corporate Relationships. With considerable experience of corporate finance, Claire has advised on acquisitions, disposals, buy outs and fundraisings for private equity, PLC and private clients across a range of sectors.

These appointments follow a hugely successful year for Zeus Capital, which has raised over £1bn for corporate clients on public markets in the last 12 months.

John Goold, Chief Executive Officer at Zeus Capital, says: “These appointments will further strengthen an already stellar team, and offer our clients the very best advice and expertise. All three individuals have considerable experience, and I look forward to working alongside them in the coming months.”
