Peak Reinsurance Company has appointed Jackie Wong (pictured) as Senior Vice President Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
Wong will be working closely with Peak Re’s senior management team to explore strategic opportunities and new business areas for the group.
Wong, with a track record in investment banking, brings to Peak Re a wealth of experience and knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance industry, having led on several notable insurance M&A transactions in the region. She also regularly advised multinational and regional insurance companies on M&A and capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Peak Re, Wong was the Vice President of Financial Institutions Group, Investment Banking at Barclays Hong Kong office specialising in insurance M&A and capital markets transactions. She also worked at Barclays New York office where she covered insurance and reinsurance clients in North America.
Wong holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
