LFPI Gestion acquired Accolab, a group of eight clinical laboratories located in the area of Bordeaux, Lyon and in Spain.
For this acquisition, LFPI Gestion invests alongside Alain Dalléac, former CEO of Unilabs in France and renowned medical biologist. The new shareholders, with substantial financial resources allocated to this project, intend to pursue a dynamic build-up strategy partnering with additional medical biologists.

With this acquisition, LFPI Group will continue its traditional buy-and-build approach to private equity with SMEs in both the local French and expanded European market, continuing to act in partnership with management teams to carry out ambitious growth plans.
This acquisition represents LFPI Gestion’s fifth investment in assets within the healthcare sector following INICEA (largest independent player in the private sector of mental health within France), EA Pharma (French leader in production of health and sport supplements), Winncare (producer of medical beds and mattresses) as well as Holtex (medical equipment distributor).
