Campbell Lutyens appoints new deputy general counsel

Campbell Lutyens has appointed Mateja Maher as deputy general counsel. Maher joins the firm from Kirkland & Ellis’ London practice where he was a Partner.

Campbell Lutyens has seen a sustained period of growth across its private equity, infrastructure and private debt practices and has had a very successful year in both fund raising and secondary advisory. Over the last year the firm successfully raised over USD12 billion for its clients from investors globally with final closes on Exponent, Bowmark Capital, Xenon, Holtzbrinck Ventures, Antin Infrastructure, Old Ironsides, Navis, I Squared Capital, and Metric Capital. It has also advised on over $8 billion of secondary assignments, across a wide range of innovative transactions including the largest European GP-led liquidity offering to date of EUR1 billion.
