Corporate advisory firm Clearwater International has welcomed back to the UK James Sinclair (pictured), head of the Food and Beverage team. Sinclair has been residing in China for over 15 years and returns to the UK for family reasons.
With over 20 years’ experience working in China, Sinclair returns to London with an unparalleled insight into Asian markets.
Sinclair’s deal credentials cover a wide range of clients including JM Smucker’s acquisition of Guilin Seamild, Bimbo’s acquisition of Beijing Million Land, and McCormick’s acquisition of Wuhan Asia-Pacific Condiments
On his return to the UK, he will be using this experience to work with mid-market clients, focussing on those businesses looking for opportunities in China and outbound Chinese activity.
