Walmark, a Consumer Healthcare player in Central and Eastern Europe and a portfolio company of Mid Europa Partners, has further expanded its portfolio in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia by acquiring Valosun.
Valosun is a Probiotic specialist in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with the brand Biopron and holds a significant market position in Female Urinal Health with Uroval. This will respectively extend Walmark’s presence in Digestive Health and substantially strengthen the Company’s position in Female Urinary Health. Valosun also holds a privileged position with Czech and Slovak Healthcare Professionals alike.
