Funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management are to acquire RegionalCare Hospital Partners, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus.
RegionalCare is the owner and operator of eight market-leading, non-urban hospitals located in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Iowa, Montana, Ohio, and Texas.
The transaction, which is conditioned on customary regulatory reviews and approvals, is expected to close by the end of 2015. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
