Mooreland Partners has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Skybox Security on its investment from Providence Strategic Growth (PSG), the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners.

In four years, Skybox has grown its acquisition rate of new customers by 220 per cent and revenue by 221 per cent. In 2015, the company increased year-over-year sales by 55 per cent, fuelled by a 59 per cent increase in deals valued more than USD100,000 and a 165 per cent increase in deals valued more than USD500,000.
