Magda Magnuszewska, previously Managing Director at private equity firm Innova Capital, has been promoted to Partner.
Magnuszewska (pictured) started her career at Innova Capital in 2004. Since then, she has gained experience in the private equity market, taking part in numerous projects, particularly in the field of TMT and related services. Her focus has been on investments in new technologies and online markets. Magda’s latest transaction in this sector was Innova’s investment in the Netsprint Group, the Polish technological marketing and big data leader. She has also been a team leader and mentored new talent at the fund.
“Over the past dozen or so months we have proved Innova is one of the most active players on the private equity market in the CEE region. Our recent investments, among all those in the Netsprint Group, confirm we understand very well the changes associated with the digitisation of the economy. So, I am very excited to be able to continue our investment policy in this area,” says Magnuszewska.
