Bryan, Garnier & Co, a pan-European Investment Bank focusing on growth companies, has appointed Pierre Kiecolt-Wahl as Managing Director, ECM, where he will lead Bryan, Garnier & Co’s equity capital markets efforts throughout Europe.

An American/French citizen, Pierre brings more than 15 years of international equity capital markets knowledge with organisations such as Bank of America, Lehman Brothers, Jefferies and Citi, based in San Francisco, London and Hong Kong.
He has participated in more than 30 transactions across Europe and Asia including a significant number in the biotech and pharma sectors, including IPOs and follow-ons for Algeta, Almirall, Alapis, Bavarian Nordic, Cosmo Pharma, Medivir, Molmed, Thrombogenics, and Zealand Pharma (with Bryan Garnier), as well as in TMT and consumer including offerings for Tele Atlas, Cineworld, and Ocado, amongst others.
