Kirkland & Ellis International has appointed Stuart Boyd as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice based in London. Boyd focuses his practice on private equity.

Boyd will join Kirkland from the London office of Linklaters, where he advised private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on all forms of leveraged M&A and portfolio assistance, including restructuring advice.
Boyd is listed in the ‘Private Equity: Buyouts’ rankings of Chambers UK 2016, which called him “extremely knowledgeable and experienced” and noted he “deals well under pressure.”
