Leading international law firm, Mourant Ozannes, has advised long standing client Intertrust N.V. on its GBP435 million acquisition of Elian Group.
Netherlands-based global trust and corporate services provider, Intertrust NV, has 37 offices in 26 jurisdictions in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Fiduciary services company Elian, which has its headquarters in Jersey, comprises 15 offices around the world.
