The Italian corporate and financial law firm Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners has advised alternative investment management firm Investcorp on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Italian menswear manufacturer Corneliani.
The transaction was in the form of an acquisition of an equity stake from the Corneliani family and underwriting of a capital increase.
A team composed by partners Bruno Gattai and Gerardo Gabrielli, senior associate Michele Ventura and associates Maria Persichetti and Andrea Chiloiro advised on the M&A profiles of the transaction.
