BTG Global Advisory (BTG GA), an international alliance of independent restructuring and financial advisory firms, has expanded its global reach with the appointment of Matuson & Associates, a restructuring and insolvency firm focused on preserving and maximising enterprise value, based in South Africa.
Matuson & Associates is a South African turnaround and business rescue practice. It was founded in 2009 and has a multi-disciplinary team of 14 professionals with vast experience across sectors including retail, automotive, property and mining.
Matuson & Associates provides a wide range of services including business advisory services, valuations, interim and crisis management, as well as restructuring and transition services.
Matuson & Associates’ appointment further enhances the international footprint of BTG Global Advisory, which launched on 1 June 2015 and now includes nine members across multiple jurisdictions: Begbies Traynor (UK, Ireland); Farber Financial Group (Canada); GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group LLC (USA); Integrated Capital Services Limited (India); KRyS Global (Cayman Islands, BVI, Bermuda, Bahamas, Guernsey & Cyprus); Matuson & Associates (South Africa); PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH (Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain); Rodgers Reidy (Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore & New Zealand); and Zalis SAS (France).
