Campbell Lutyens appoints partner and two principals

Campbell Lutyens has made a number of senior promotions in its London and Hong Kong offices.

Edward Hutton has been promoted to partner. He joined Campbell Lutyens in 2007 and has responsibility for the firm's general partner and limited partner relationships in the Nordic countries and also shares responsibility for investor coverage in the UK. He has raised significant capital for a broad range of clients' funds across private equity, infrastructure and private debt, helped to source fundraising mandates, and has been instrumental in generating secondary opportunities for the firm.

The firm has also promoted Xiaoni Shi, who is based in Hong Kong, and Nick Spencer, who is based in London, to principal. Shi joined the firm in 2013 and covers the Asia Pacific region with an emphasis on Japan and Greater China. Spencer joined the firm in 2010 and has worked across the range of the firm's activities with a specific focus on secondary infrastructure transactions.

Andrew Sealey, managing partner and CEO, says: "These new promotions strengthen our business and position us for further growth in both our primary and secondaries businesses.”
