Compliance and regulatory firm Lawson Conner has added XIO Group to its stable of private equity clients.
XIO (UK) LLP will operate as an onshore investment adviser, helping to support XIO Groups global private equity funds.
The UK entity is responsible for identifying opportunities in Western Europe and North America.
The London office is led by Carsten Geyer, XIO Group’s head of Europe, and supported by the group’s financial service co-heads Marcel Normann and Volker Dammann.
