Grand Coast Capital Group has selected SS&C's Precision LM loan servicing and accounting solution and SS&C's fund administration services.
Based in Hingham, Massachusetts, Grand Coast Capital Group is a national private-lending firm and real estate fund manager that provides creative financing to real estate investors, builders and developers.
SS&C will provide Grand Coast Capital with a single, cloud platform for commercial loan origination, servicing and accounting, integrated with SS&C's fund administration services and cloud-based fund services portal.
Grand Coast Capital Group investment managers, borrowers and investors will now have secure, 24/7 web access to summary reports, analytics and detailed information from any desktop or mobile device.
