New Water Capital Partners, a Boca Raton-based private equity investment firm focused on lower-middle market companies in transition, has promoted Andrew Ravenna to vice president.
Since joining New Water Capital as a senior associate, Ravenna has been instrumental to the growth of the fund and a key factor to the firm’s success since closing the fund.
Prior to joining New Water Capital in 2015, Ravenna worked for Milestone Partners, Arsenal Capital Partners and Barclay’s Capital.
