Marlin Equity Partners’ portfolio company QualiTest Group, a software testing and quality assurance specialist, has appointed Sanjay Jawa as group chief financial officer (CFO).
Jawa brings over 25 years of financial management expertise to the executive team, with extensive experience in senior, financial and operational roles for international growth firms, with a particular focus since 2000 in private equity backed businesses. This includes building finance and infrastructure teams, raising debt and equity capital, and growing both organically and through the acquisition and integration of numerous businesses around the world.
His industry experience has focused on technology, media, telecom, financial and business services.

Jawa will be leading efforts that include exploring mergers and acquisitions, optimising profit and cash generation, maximising the use of assets to align with the needs of One QualiTest. He will also build and implement the financial reporting processes and delivery system to ensure transparent, accurate, complete, compliant and timely dissemination of information.
