Principal lender Signature Private Finance has appointed Gary Playle as business development manager to support brokers in London and the South.
It follows appointments to strengthen the company’s reach in the North and Midlands.
A former director of business banking with Santander, Playle proved his ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and introducers for Fincorp, a role he held for more than four years.

So it’s now time to ensure brokers and property professionals right across the country have access to what we have to offer.

“Working closely with our new sales manager, Steve Sanderson, Gary will help get our message across to the vibrant market in London and the South. He’s a pro-active individual who has impressed with his positive attitude and a drive for success, so I’m confident he will bring in the business we need to meet our demanding growth targets.”
Signature Private Finance has a current short-term bridging rate of 0.45 per cent.
