Orrick Rambaud Martel has appointed M&A and private equity adviser Guillaume Kessler as a partner in Paris.
Kessler joins Orrick from Olswang where he served as managing partner of the Paris office and head of the Paris corporate group.

Kessler advises on corporate finance transactions, including public and private domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, take privates, private equity, restructurings and international joint ventures. He acts for French and international clients, including public and private companies, private equity houses and investment banks across a wide range of sectors, including tech, e-commerce, media and retail.
Most recently, Kessler advised Arjowiggins on the sale of Arjowiggins Healthcare to Meeschaert Private Equity and counselled Alpha in the sale of its portfolio company MK Direct Group (Françoise Saget/Linvosges) to Eurazeo PME.
Kessler has previously practiced with Freshfields and Clifford Chance.
