Telecommunications expert Ralf Gerbershagen will be supporting the senior adviser board of Clearwater International, a globally active corporate finance house focusing on mid-market transactions, with immediate effect.
Gerbershagen, 54, has decades of management experience in the international telecommunications industry as well as a network of business contacts in the digital industry.

For about two decades, Gerbershagen held several leading positions at Motorola and Google. He served as vice president & general manager EMEA, president Motorola Germany and as chairman of the board of directors in Austria and Switzerland. He started his career at Siemens in Munich in the area of passive components, where he was also responsible for sales activities in South America and Asia.
Recently, Gerbershagen held the position of CEO at Kodak Alaris, a global tech company offering digital scanners and intelligent state of the art software & service solutions, photographic film & paper and which operates the largest instant print network through picture kiosks in retail.
Gerbershagen held several leading positions at associations and institutions like the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany, the digital association Bitkom and the CeBit trade fair committee.
