IGF adds three to nationwide team

IGF, a commercial finance provider for SMEs, has made a trio of new hires across the UK.

Kelly Tighe joins as client manager on the firm’s invoice finance team; Aman Gill is regional sales director, also on the invoice finance team; and Mark Stainsby joins IGF Business Credit, the firm’s asset based lending arm, as client manager.

Joining the firm from Bibby Financial Services, Tighe will be responsible for managing IGF’s Invoice Finance clients across the north of England. She will be based out of the firm’s new North West office in Manchester. Tighe’s previous roles also include positions with Davenham Trade Finance and RBS.

Responsible for growing IGF’s Invoice Finance presence in the Midlands, Gill also joins from Bibby Financial Services, where he was a technical manager on the trade and international finance team for just over a year.

On the business credit side of the business, Stainsby joins as client manager, based out of IGF’s headquarters in Paddock Wood, Kent. He joins IGF with over 26 years of industry experience, following various roles across the trade finance sector with Lloyds Bank, GE, and most recently, property finance firm Wellesley Finance.

Aman Gill, regional sales director – IGF Invoice Finance, says: “IGF is currently undergoing a huge growth phase, not only geographically, but also in terms of its products and services offered. This an exciting time for the business, and I’m looking forward to building on its presence in the Midlands region.”
