Private equity firm NMS Capital Group has launched a real estate investment and advisory firm called NMS Capital Realty Advisors (NMSRA).
NMSRA will focus on providing direct and indirect financing solutions for construction, senior secured and mezzanine loans to clients and advisory solutions related to real estate sales, recapitalisation and restructuring needs across the hospitality, multi-family, office, retail and commercial property sectors throughout the US.
Trevor M Saliba, chairman/CEO of NMS Capital Group, says: “We are very excited about this new venture. We see the NMS Capital Realty Advisory business launch as a perfect complement to our existing portfolio businesses, chief among them is a complement to our financial services portfolio companies who already have a significant track record in the real estate sector. Formalising a dedicated real estate private equity, investment and advisory business division was a natural progression.”
NMSRA is in final stages of completing the appointment of new team hires and an institutional funding commitment that will enable it to provide direct lending solutions to clients.
