Campbell Lutyens adds three to global secondary advisory team

Campbell Lutyens, a global alternative asset advisory firm focused on fund placement and secondary advisory, has expanded its secondary advisory practice with three new appointments.

Annabelle Judd has joined as a senior vice president in London, Bon-Jay Tseng as a vice president in New York and Ana Dicu as a senior associate in London.

These latest appointments take the global secondary advisory team to 27 and the total team at Campbell Lutyens to over 100.

Judd joins Campbell Lutyens after 10 years at Rothschild advising on M&A transactions most recently focusing on consumer products, retail & leisure sectors. She advised clients on landmark transactions, including the recent sale of Al Khair’s stake in Americana for USD4.1 billion.

Tseng joined Campbell Lutyens from Peter J Salomon in New York where he advised on transactions involving private equity sponsors and infrastructure assets. He previously worked in the secondary advisory team in UBS’ private fund group.

Dicu joined Campbell Lutyens having spent over seven years focusing on M&A advisory, advising on public and private transactions at Canaccord Genuity and previously at Rothschild.

“Over the past 12 months Campbell Lutyens has completed its highest volume of secondary transactions ever and we remain optimistic about further growth in the coming years,” says Andrew Sealey, CEO of Campbell Lutyens. “These three hires further consolidate our position as the leading secondaries adviser in Europe & Middle-East as well as representing another step in the development of our US secondary practice which is expected to grow further in 2017. The backgrounds and experience of these new team members reflects the increasing complexity we are seeing in the market as GP-led secondary transactions becoming a larger part of our activity.”
