Electra Private Equity has completed the appointment of G10 Capital, part of Lawson Conner Group, to serve as the Company’s AIFM, responsible for ensuring compliance with the AIFM Directive.
Electra joins a strong suite of private equity managers on the Lawson Conner platform including four additional global mandates thus far in 2017.
