Perkins Coie has appointedJason M. Quintana has joined the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice as a partner in the Chicago office. He joins from The Boeing Company, where he served as senior counsel for M&A.

Jason brings considerable experience advising on strategic domestic and cross-border transactions. In his position as a transaction principal, Jason represented Boeing on a wide range of notable transactions involving companies in the aerospace, defense, manufacturing, technology and software industries.
Before joining Boeing in 2011, Jason worked as counsel for Mitsui & Co (USA), Inc, a general trading company for U.S. and Japanese organizations, where he acted as the lead attorney for Mitsui’s chemicals business division and its portfolio companies in North America and South America. Prior to Mitsui, Jason was an associate in the private equity and M&A group of an international law firm.
