Duff & Phelps has appointed Yann Magnan, Managing Director and leader of Valuation Advisory Services for Europe, as the firm’s EMEA Leader.
Yann will focus on growing Duff & Phelps’ business in Europe and the Middle East across all service lines, building on the firm’s continued success throughout the region.
With more than 20 years of experience in valuations and financial consulting, Yann has represented clients in industries including telecommunications, entertainment, retail, consumer products, healthcare and energy. He has particular expertise in international transactions and valuation projects, intangible assets and taxes, and he lectures on valuation topics worldwide.
Yann joined the firm over 10 years ago in February 2007, opening the Paris office and growing it to nearly 50 professionals in five years. Over the last decade Duff & Phelps has significantly expanded their presence in Europe, increasing headcount to over 700 professionals in EMEA, through organic growth, the acquisition of MCR in 2011, and the acquisition of American Appraisal and Kinetic Partners in 2015. With European headquarters at The Shard in London, the firm serves clients globally from a network of offices across the EMEA region in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
