Ultimus Fund Solutions, a provider of mutual fund, pooled investment and middle office services, has added Dina Tantra to its management team as Executive Vice President, Director of Fund Administration and Compliance.

Tantra, who recently served as Managing Director at Foreside Financial, will oversee Ultimus’ fund administration, fund compliance, and corporate compliance teams. Her varied executive experience over the past 20 years includes serving as a ’40 Act board trustee and president, while also leading teams specialising in areas of legal, compliance and regulatory, and distribution services. Her directive in mutual fund administration was to partner with asset management clients in the US and internationally in order to assist them in building and growing their financial products within the parameters of the regulatory environment.
