Columbia Partners appoints MD in Bethesda, Maryland office

Matt Klinger has joined Columbia Partners Private Capital (Columbia Partners) as a Managing Director in the firm’s Bethesda, Maryland office.  

Most recently, Klinger was a Senior Director in the Technology and Innovation Banking group at Bridge Bank, a division of Western Alliance Bank. In this role, he managed the Mid-Atlantic region for the Bank and was responsible for dozens of transactions with early and growth stage companies representing hundreds of millions of dollars in loans over the last several years. 
 
Columbia Partners is a business unit of RCP Advisors, a private investment firm based in Chicago with over USD10 billion in committed capital that, as of 26 July, 2021, manages approximately USD675 million in two strategies: a private markets Fund of Funds and direct investments in high growth companies. Among the DC-area local funds and companies backed by Columbia Partners are Arlington Capital, Aldrich Capital Partners, HCI Equity Partners, Juggernaut Capital, Resonate and Advantia Health.
