Risk services company Sigma7 has acquired Virginia-based Risk & Strategic Management, Corp (RSM), a full-service risk and business continuity, management services, and training organisation.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
RSM is a specialist in developing and producing advanced leadership and staff training solutions to help organisations meet duty of care, capacity building, organisational resiliency and crisis management needs. It offers accredited, security-oriented training packages, delivered through e-learning formats as well as immersive experiences at its 87-acre training facility. The company works with a wide range of commercial corporations across industry sectors, humanitarian aid agencies, faith-based groups and government agencies.
In joining Sigma7, RSM adds to three other best-in-class risk services brands, Strategia Worldwide, Paragon Risk Engineering and RWH Myers, as foundational brands on the platform.
