Bowmark Capital, a private equity investment firm, specialising in investments in UK mid-market companies valued at up to £250 million, has promoted Simon Kaufman to partner.
Kaufman joined the firm in 2016 from KPMG having spent eight years in its transaction services team, and since joining the firm has played a key role in the development of the firm’s managed IT services and software practices.
Kaufman has been involved in a number of investments at Bowmark including Littlefish, Focus Group, ASK4, Tax Systems, Kubrick and The Instant Group.
According to LinkedIn, Kaufman, who is chartered accountant, began his career as a hedge fund risk analyst at Kyte Group (KTH Fund Management).
