King & Spalding has appointed Kathleen “Katie” Blaszak as a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments (CFI) Practice Group. She is based in the Northern Virginia office.
Blaszak’s practice covers M&A, joint ventures and new venture formations, investments, strategic partnerships, and complex commercial transactions, as well as the negotiation of complex commercial contracts and general corporate matters. She represents clients across multiple sectors, including technology, media, telecommunications and automotive.
Blaszak received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her JD from Washington & Lee School of Law. She was most recently a partner at Winston & Strawn.
