Fried Frank adds Brian Miner to M&A and private equity Practice in Washington DC

Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson has appointed Brian Miner as a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice, resident in the Firm's Washington, DC office. 

Miner has significant experience in a wide range of transactional matters, focusing on cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures involving public and private companies in a wide range of industries, including life sciences, energy and manufacturing. His private equity practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, majority and minority investments, joint ventures and co-investment transactions. Miner also counsels corporations on corporate governance issues and takeover preparedness.

Before joining Fried Frank, Miner was a partner at Reed Smith. He received his JD from Georgia State University College of Law in 1997 and his BS from Wake Forest University in 1994.
