Restoration Partners’ first investment opportunity through its recently launched Restoration Alpha Angels network of active investors has helped m-commerce payments platform provider, paythru, raise over GBP700,000.
John Shackleton, the former chief executive of Open Text, is joining the board of paythru with immediate effect. Shackleton’s career spans over 30 years in software and services management.
Restoration Partners established Restoration Alpha Angels in the second half of 2012 to provide its investor contacts with access to a small number of pre-qualified, heavily screened, high quality investment opportunities from within the Restoration Partners’ client base.
All opportunities presented to Restoration Alpha Angels contacts are existing clients of Restoration Partners and the company intends to play an active long term role in driving all investments towards a successful exit.
