Providence Equity Partners acquires Miller Heiman

Miller Heiman has been acquired by Providence Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on media, communications, education and information investments.

The investment from Providence will accelerate corporate growth initiatives and further Miller Heiman’s presence in global markets. 

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Miller Heiman Sales System provides a framework for sales leaders to understand their performance gaps and prioritise initiatives that will have the greatest impact on driving results and improving relationships with customers.
