US law firm Sullivan & Worcester has launched a London office with the recruitment of trade finance partner Geoffrey Wynne. Sullivan & Worcester, a specialist in corporate finance, banking, trade finance, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and tax, intends to build up a London practice linked closely to its US offices.
The office will also benefit from the firm’s formal alliance in Israel and significant client activity across Europe and Asia.
