Gleacher Shacklock, an independent corporate finance advisory firm, has appointed Richard Slimmon as a partner.
Slimmon was previously a managing director at Deutsche Bank.
At Gleacher Shacklock, Slimmon will have responsibility for financial institutions. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial institutions sector including M&A, debt and equity advisory and issuance. Slimmon joined Deutsche Bank from Merrill Lynch in 2009.
Gleacher Shacklock’s chief executive Tim Shacklock says: "Richard has a very strong reputation and track record in financial institutions. His expertise and first class relationships will be a strong complement to our existing sector strengths."
